By using local honing, the errors of taper, Ovality and local hole diameter can be corrected. For some cold drawn steel pipes, strong honing can be carried out directly. It is an ideal equipment with high precision and high efficiency.
The machine is equipped with AC servo motor, and the honing box adopts stepless speed regulation. Using servo motor with chain wheel to realize the reciprocating motion of honing head can accurately control the honing position. At the same time, the double linear guide rail is adopted, which has high service life and high precision. The honing head adopts hydraulic constant pressure expansion, and the honing force of the stone is stable, so as to ensure the roundness and cylindricity of the workpiece. The honing pressure can be adjusted according to the needs, and the high and low pressure control can be set, so that the conversion of rough honing and fine honing can be easily realized on the console.
