The Chinese name of CBN is "cubic boron nitride". Boron nitride (white powder) is used as a raw material, and a catalyst (catalyst) is added to produce cubic crystals of boron nitride under high temperature and high pressure. CBN has the advantages of high temperature resistance, high hardness, high inertness, etc., and has been increasingly used in the roughing and finishing of high-hardness cast iron, ordinary cast iron and hardened steel.
