The operator can operate at the front and back sides of the machine tool, which is convenient for operation. The guide rails for drill pipe box movement (Z-axis) are all linear guide rails, the guide rails for table vertical movement (Y-axis) are all double rectangular sliding guide rails, and the guide rails for table horizontal movement (x-axis) are all linear guide rails. Equipped with special cooling system to provide high pressure, large flow and clean cutting oil for deep hole drilling. Equipped with automatic chip conveyor, oil temperature controller, filtration system, high pressure pump set, etc. All the components on the oil tank are assembled as a whole with towing plate, which is convenient for oil tank cleaning and suitable for processing of magnetic and non-magnetic materials. The ball screw driven by servo motor is used to feed the cutter, the spindle motor driven by servo motor is used to rotate the cutter, and the feed and rotation of the cutter can realize stepless speed regulation. The machine tool has the functions of pressure protection, cooling system liquid level and temperature protection, tool protection, stroke protection, etc.
