ZK series CNC four axis ring die deep hole drilling machine is specially used to process stainless steel ring die in feed granulator. Various ring dies of different specifications can be programmed and the whole drilling process can be completed automatically by the four-axis double station deep hole drilling machine.
working principle
During machining, the workpiece is installed on the NC indexing table and clamped with manual four jaw or three jaw chuck. The left and right sides are symmetrical NC sliding tables. The sliding table is equipped with ball screw and linear guide rail, and the sliding table is driven by AC servo motor; There is a guide sleeve chip removal box at the front end of the sliding table, and the guide sleeve is close to the working surface during operation.
