Drillstar started to produce solid carbide gun drills since 2018. They are widely used in medical equipments. Most of the parts that need hole processing are clavicular screws. The material is usually stainless steel, titanium alloy and other corrosion-resistant materials. The processing hole diameter of clavicular screw is from φ 1.0 to φ 4.0, which belongs to the processing of micro hole and deep hole. In addition, the machining performance of stainless steel and titanium alloy is poor and drilling is difficult. Therefore, the deep hole machining machine tool of such parts must have ultra-high oil pressure (above 10MPa), ultra-high speed (above 10000r / min), higher assembly accuracy and more precise guide sleeve.
