Medical device products are directly or indirectly used for human body instruments and equipment, and the requirements are very high when processing deep holes, so it is very important to choose a device with high efficiency and high precision.
Most of the parts that need hole processing are clavicular screws. The material is usually stainless steel, titanium alloy and other corrosion-resistant materials. The processing hole diameter of clavicle screw is from φ 1.0 to φ 4.0, which belongs to the processing of micro hole and deep hole. In addition, the machining performance of stainless steel and titanium alloy is poor, and drilling is difficult. Therefore, the deep hole machining machine of such parts must have ultra-high oil pressure (above 10MPa), ultra-high speed (above 10000r / min), higher assembly accuracy, and more precise guide sleeve. The manufacturing difficulty of machine tool is the highest among gun drilling machine tools.
